Refund Policy

Our goal at Printer Setup Zone is customer satisfaction. We will try to help you resolve your printer problems as quickly and effectively as possible. But if you're not happy with the service we provide, we have a fair refund policy.

Money Back Guarantee

30 working days from the date of your initial service purchase, we have a Money Back Guarantee.

Eligibility for Refund

  • None of your issues (printer setup, driver updates, connectivity issues, paper jams, or printer not printing) were able to be resolved by our team within the first 15 days of service.
  • You must notify us if you are requesting a refund within 30 working days of the original service purchase date.
  • For your refund request to be considered, you must provide details for each service, along with some sort of supporting evidence (service ID numbers, screenshots, or communications).

Refund Guidelines

  • If no issues have been resolved by our team within the first 15 days, you may be eligible for a refund equal to up to 50% of the service fee.
  • If any one issue was successfully resolved, that indicates the service was rendered; therefore, you would not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will be issued within 10 to 15 business days of approval and will be credited to the original payment method.
